Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to support the day-to-day operations of our busy builders provider's branch. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure exceptional service, achieve sales targets, and operate efficiently and safely.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a builder's merchants, construction supplies, or a related industry. Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team are essential.

* Strong product knowledge across building materials and related trades.
* Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* Commercially driven, with the ability to identify opportunities and enhance sales performance.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and experienced in using point-of-sale and inventory management systems.
