About the Role: Were currently partnering with a Top 10 Accountancy Practice who are seeking a driven Audit Senior to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious auditor looking to advance their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion. Work closely with a varied client portfolio, ranging from SMEs with €12 million turnover up to large clients exceeding €150 million. Ensure audits are completed in line with FRS 102 and other relevant standards. Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing coaching and feedback. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Identify potential areas for process improvement or added value for clients. About You: Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA). Strong working knowledge of FRS 102. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively. Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
