As part of the marketing team, theMarketing Executivewill assist with the efficient implementation of all marketing activities in line with East Coast Credit Union's marketing strategy.This position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn about all areas of marketing; social, digital, website, print and content creation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with delivery of the marketing plan, supporting the marketing manager and wider team.Support the delivery of new and existing products and campaigns, ensuring appropriate promotion of the products and completing updates to existing collateral/media channels.Assist with the delivery of multiple marketing campaigns and community initiatives throughout the year.Manage social media including the development of monthly content plans and creating content using the latest social media trends to achieve marketing goals and report on results.Deliver monthly reports on digital performance including social media, web traffic and ad performance.Design and publish quality and consistent content for online and traditional channels including our website, social media, newsletters, email, digital screens and printed materials.Manage the end-to-end email campaign process including content creation, design, deployment, testing, audience segmentation, mailing lists and reporting.Assist with the implementation of community/member initiatives and events to increase member retention, satisfaction, and brand awareness within our common bond.Liaise with designers, printers and third-party suppliers for various projects.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications or professional development courses are a plus.Experience: 1-3 years' experience working in a marketing environment. Financial services industry experience would be an advantage.The successful candidate should have:A good knowledge of Canva is required. Experience with Adobe would be an advantage.Experience in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and achieving business goals.Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work across teams to achieve marketing objectives.Strong communication skills and a creative spark.A keen eye for detail and content creation.Experience in digital and online marketing an advantage.Experience in Credit Unions or the financial services industry will be an advantage.What we offer?Competitive Salary and benefits package.22 days Annual leave plus company days (Good Friday, Birthday and Christmas Eve, subject to approval from the board)Company PensionFlexible working
