As a Senior Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior managers to develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, and social media. Analyze results and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Sales Management: Manage sales leads from various sources, including website interactions, phone calls, and emails. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
* Client Engagement: Engage with existing clients to provide updates on service offerings and re-engagement campaigns.
* Deal Status Monitoring: Track deal status and accurate sales pipeline projections to ensure timely completion of sales transactions.
Content Creation:
* Website Updates: Collaborate with designers to improve website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Marketing Materials: Create, update, and disseminate marketing materials, including brochures for each service offering, in line with brand guidelines.
Digital Communication Strategies:
* Webinars: Facilitate informative webinars for stakeholders about service offerings and industry-related topics.
* Brand Representation: Develop and implement digital communication strategies tailored to the needs of stakeholders, creating engaging content optimized for various channels.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in sales, communications, or digital marketing, including at least two years of leadership or people management experience.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Sales, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving skills, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Analytics, Active Campaign, and Word Press.
