Job Title: Graduate Project Planner
As a Junior Project Planner, you will support the Project Planner on live multi-disciplinary projects in developing realistic and achievable project plans and determining quantifiable targets.
Key Functions:
1. Perform Take-Offs and Labour Loading: Align take-offs to the construction WBS for labour loading of the schedule.
2. Metric Trackers: Develop and populate metrics trackers with quantities for tracking purposes.
3. On-Site Planning Support: Provide on-site planning support to the Project Management Team.
4. Progress Measurement: On-site progress measurement of multi-disciplined installation progress.
Project Planner Responsibilities:
1. Business Unit Planning: In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project including business unit planning and technical support.
2. Liaison and Coordination: Liaise with EHS and Quality departments to better align on monthly reporting and claim development support.
3. Schedule Development: Support Project Planners in Schedule development as required.
4. Status and Performance Advisor: Supporting the Project Planners in gathering/recording/collating actual installation progress for Earned Value & Performance analysis as required.
