We are actively recruiting for a seasoned marketing professional to support our business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will come from a hotel background, be driven, and up-to-date with all marketing tools. They will work closely with the Sales Manager to maintain effective communication and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop an ongoing marketing strategy, building internal and supplier relationships, ensuring brand compliance, elevating the brand, and establishing the vision, key message, identity, and strategy.
* Marketing Execution: Manage and create brand website content and imagery, ensure monthly audits are completed, liaise on digital marketing plans, attend meetings as required, execute email marketing campaigns, manage marketing databases, and assist in social media planning and scheduling.
* Brand Management: Ensure all marketing collateral is kept up-to-date, assist with new items/projects, coordinate all advertising across all sectors, and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:
* Two years plus working as a Marketing Manager in Hotels.
* Strong understanding of brand, trends, and data.
* Experience in managing multiple and varied projects, analysis, reporting, and tracking.
* A passion for innovation, ability to think outside the box, work at a fast pace, challenge, and drive results and track success.
* Ability to develop new ideas, consider potential outcomes, and develop action plans, present insights and recommendations to inform future activity.
* Being creative, detail-oriented, and able to take a concept through to delivery and results.
