The Role
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors within the
Conveyancing and Probate
team
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, wills, and correspondence
Assist with title searches, due diligence, and other conveyancing matters
Manage case files, including scanning, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records
Prepare documentation and papers for court
Handle post, client enquiries, and general office administration
Liaise with clients, third parties, and other professionals in a professional manner
The Person
Experience
in
Conveyancing and Probate
is
essential
Previous experience as a
Legal Secretary
or
Legal Assistant
Strong document production, formatting, and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and legal case management systems
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
