RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to expand the customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Manage various aspects of the sales department
- Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully
- Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospects
REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Willing to submit to a drug screening prior to employment
