Project Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction from foundations through to finishes, landscaping and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing health and safety on site, ensuring a safe workplace environment.
* Monitoring progress against project timelines, reporting weekly, and addressing potential delays.
* Attending daily meetings to contribute to planning and coordination.
* Inspecting works continuously to maintain high quality standards.
* Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and civil engineering contractors.
* Coordinating logistics, deliveries, labour, machinery and materials using site software.
* Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle routes, and effective site logistics.
Requirements:
* Trade background is desirable.
* Ability to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards.
* Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Methodical, detail-focused and accurate.
* Strong team player with ability to work independently.
