Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires excellent maintenance skills, knowledge of building services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Undertake routine, planned, and reactive maintenance services as instructed to ensure operational standards are maintained at all times.
* Support minor works and supervise maintenance assistants.
* Complete routine repairs or minor works.
* Support projects and deliver minor capital works.
* Conduct risk assessments and follow relevant permits or work plans.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in completing maintenance tasks, ideally in a building maintenance environment.
* A working knowledge of repairs and maintenance, Health & Safety, environment standards, manual handling, working at height, confined spaces, and ideally legionella & asbestos awareness.
* Experience working in a buildings maintenance role, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharmaceutical/medical device etc.).
* Ideal background in carpentry or plumbing and computer literacy.
