ABOUT THE PROGRAMME Over 24 months, you will gain comprehensive, realworld experience across all key Aftersales functions, including Service, Parts, Customer Relations, Warranty, and FrontofHouse operations.
You'll be trained in professional systems, dealership processes, customer communication, and Toyota's worldclass standards.
Training includes: Introduction to motor dealership environment and Toyota Way principles.
Customer relations, booking scheduling systems (Autoview, Automate, Super Service, CWS, Salesforce, Triage).
Parts department operations, stock control, EPC systems and customer service skills.
Service department processes, job card preparation, invoicing, handback procedures and workflow understanding.
GDPR awareness, data accuracy and compliance responsibilities.
You will develop capabilities in: Managing customer bookings, service enquiries and communication.
Understanding dealership systems, workflows and performance KPIs.
Professional telephone and email etiquette.
Coordinating with Service, Parts, Sales and Workshop teams.
Handling complaints professionally and building customer trust.
Practical tasks in both Service and Parts environments.
Delivering an excellent customer journey aligned with Toyota standards.
