Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Weekend Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office activities.
Your primary duties will include interacting with residents and their families, managing staff files, correspondence, and attendance records, preparing timesheets, and updating staff training matrices. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining supplier contracts, producing nursing and care documentation, and assisting the financial administrator as needed.
As a Weekend Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills to provide high-quality customer service.
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
