Are you an organised and detail-oriented Quality Administrator with experience in the food industry? We are currently seeking a quality administrator to join a well-established food manufacturing business on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a full-time role based in Annacotty Business Park, Co. Limerick, with an anticipated start date of 1st April 2026.

With a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and operational excellence, the company operates to internationally recognised food safety and quality standards. To support the Quality Department during a maternity leave period, they are now seeking an experienced Administrator / Quality professional to join the team on a fixed-term basis.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the Quality Department in maintaining compliance and managing key quality systems within a regulated food manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:
Managing Supplier and Product Approval processes;
1. Maintaining and supporting ISO 14001 systems and documentation;
2. Formulation of in-house specifications and Customer Certificates of Analysis (COA's);
3. Coordinating and delivering induction training for new staff;
4. Conducting in-house fabrication audits;
5. Ensuring compliance with HACCP, TACCP and VACCP requirements in line with GFSI Accreditation standards (BRCGS / FSSC 22000);
6. Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

9. Standard working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm;

Criteria
12. Previous experience in a Quality or Administrative role within the food industry;
13. Strong knowledge of HACCP, TACCP and VACCP (essential);
14. Experience working with GFSI standards such as BRCGS or FSSC 22000;
15. Familiarity with ISO 14001 systems;
16. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail;
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
18. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a compliance-driven environment.
