Our aim is to operate a bar, restaurant, and event space that bridges the gap between a gastro pub and a Bib Gourmand–level dining experience.This is a hands-on role suited to a strong floor leader who enjoys being involved in service, leading from the front, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
