Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in manufacturing or production environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The selected candidate will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate production records, including batch sheets, stock movements, and compliance logs.
* Coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
* Assisting in scheduling production runs and updating production plans.
* Supporting quality assurance processes by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
* Generating reports and summaries for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
