Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the maintenance of our manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are functioning properly, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
As part of our team, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. You will also be involved in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years technical experience in a manufacturing environment with significant people management of frontline unionized employees.
* Solid understanding and experience of plant technologies such as PLC SCADA control systems fire alarm fire protection air handling HVAC boiler compressed air systems etc., advantageous if familiar with SAP PM system.
