We continue to grow and dominate the light commercial vehicle market with depots in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, and Galway.Our expanding network of branches and sizeable fleet enable us to deliver vehicles to customers quickly and keep them on the road longer by minimizing downtime. Our fleet includes light commercial vehicles from leading manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz, Ford, Opel, Renault, Volkswagen, and Peugeot.Due to our growth, we have a full-time vacancy within our Bodyshop team in Dublin.This role is ideal for someone with relevant experience in a similar position.Role OverviewResponsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs, and maintaining no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.Key ResponsibilitiesTake additional images of damaged vehicles for damage packsUpload damage packs to shared drivesPerform quality checks on vehicles post-repairNotify Workshop Manager of QC outcomesManage and monitor vehicles in BodyshopManage damage documentation requestsServe as contact for Service Department and other departmentsProvide training support to satellite branches as neededCoordinate with Asset Department for vehicle movementsEnsure timely job card creation and update CAP accordinglyUpdate internal and external customers on repair statusHandle correspondence via email and lettersCommunicate daily with external BodyshopConduct weekly and monthly fleet audit reportsMaintain filing systemsThis list is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required.Person SpecificationLeaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalentBasic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenanceExperience in a Bodyshop environmentProven customer service skills and relationship buildingStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft OfficeOrganized, self-motivated, and administrative skillsEnthusiastic with a positive attitudeTeam player adaptable to changeExperience in vehicle rental or the motor industryBody shop, warranty, or workshop experience is desirableSuitable for apprentice mechanics or panel beaters interested in administrative rolesWhat we offer:Competitive salary of €30,000 DOE per annum, pro-rata, plus:23 days holiday plus a day for your birthday, pro-rata
