Site Manager required to join a leading Main Build Contractor. This Site Manager will work on social housing projects in Headford and Loughrea areas,
Role
Lead, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Manage subcontractors, trades, and labour workforce
Monitor project schedules and progress; ensure timely completion
Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Manage site documentation, reports, and compliance records
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues or delays promptly
Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are delivered and used efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and building regulations
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency with project management software and digital reporting tools
Valid CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent certification (if applicable)
Full driving licence

Salary €75k - €85k neg DOE
