Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, based in Dublin with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The responsibilities include managing executive schedules and diaries, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various clerical tasks to support the team. Additional duties may include preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.QualificationsProficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives effectivelyStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions and ensure clear correspondenceExperience in Diary Management, scheduling meetings, and organizing calendars efficientlyCompetence in Clerical Skills such as document preparation, data entry, and maintaining recordsAbility to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and manage multiple responsibilitiesFamiliarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google WorkspaceRelevant experience in a similar role or a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
