Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPM's business proposition, so as a key member of the CPM Operations team, this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM through demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.

The main focus of this role is to provide best-in-class administrative support and insights to the Client Service Manager and New Business Manager to ensure excellence in Clients' Retail Execution Programmes. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of We Care, We are Curious, We Achieve Together at all times, both internally and externally with the Clients, whilst delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities.

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

1. Account performance management - supporting in controlling costs, margin, and budget delivery
2. General Account Administrative Responsibilities
3. Coordinate activity to ensure the field teams have all they need to do their roles in field
4. Process onboarding and offboarding of team members when required
5. Client relationship management
6. Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when required
7. Preparation and distribution of Client Reports as per Agreed Contract Timelines
8. Understanding any information/insights from the reports to help sales teams and clients with useful insights to increase sales in stores
9. Assist the Client Service Manager with presentations to summarise our sales teams' performance
10. Supporting the New Business Manager
