Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial management services for individual projects. Your responsibilities will include promoting best practice in health, safety, and environmental matters, assisting the Senior QS, and supporting all commercial issues within the project.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics (or be set to graduate by 2026), be on route to becoming Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent, and demonstrate excellent knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract and Standard Methods of Measurement. They should also have strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications, good communication skills, and experience in estimating and takeoffs (desirable).
