The role of Head of Operations offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in leading and motivating diverse teams, strong IT knowledge, and the ability to multitask and engage with people at all levels.
* Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team and play a significant role across all business operations.
* You will cover a range of duties including designing and implementing operations strategies, overseeing H&S and facilities management activities, delivering on-site commercial goals, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, coordinating on-the-ground marketing plans, engaging proactively with key customers and stakeholders, taking ownership of budgets, leading infrastructure projects, managing direct reports, and delivering KPI reports to the executive team.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a 3rd-level degree qualification ideally in a relevant discipline. You should also have 3-4+ years of experience in an operations management or leadership role, preferably in a travel, tourism, or hospitality-focused environment.
Benefits:
This is a full-time permanent position with a generous base salary and benefits package depending on your skills and experience relevant to the role. The role will be fully office-based 5 days a week.
