 
        
        Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing strategic support to the finance team and executing day-to-day treasury operations.
 * Ensure accuracy and efficiency in bank reconciliations by verifying all transactions and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
 * Manage suspense accounts, complete daily settlements, and adhere to governance policies to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
 * Identify opportunities to improve processes, develop transition plans, create standard operating procedures, and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 * Collaborating with stakeholders to define performance metrics and reporting structures to measure progress and drive results.
 * Performing and reviewing bank reconciliations, monitoring unresolved transactions, investigating bounced payments, and ensuring prompt resolution.
 * Managing user profiles on the banking portal, opening, closing, and managing bank accounts, and overseeing expired mandates.
Essential Criteria:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
 * A minimum of a NFQ degree level 7 qualification in finance or a related discipline.
 * At least 3 years of relevant experience in management accounts, reconciliations, and annual financial statements.
 * Strong MS Office and MS Excel skills to analyze data and create reports.
 * Fundamental management and delivery skills, including communication, relationship management, proactivity, and decision-making.
 * Fundamental business skills relating to competencies like customer service and service partnering.
