What you will do
* Coordinate product samples, track progress, and keep the sales team updated.
* Send samples to customers and maintain strong service standards.
* Chase and file Certificates of Analysis and labels, and update supplier document packs.
* Monitor certification expiry dates in spreadsheets and organise timely renewals.
* Liaise with suppliers on quality and technical information.
* Draft and distribute documentation, respond to customer data requests, and catalogue data on internal systems and Foods Connected.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and support Sales and Commercial teams.
What you bring
* A third-level qualification in Quality, Food Science, or HACCP is an advantage.
* Administration experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
* Strong attention to detail with clear communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to plan your workload, hit deadlines, and manage your own tasks.
* Comfortable with desktop and web applications. Experience with SAGE, MS Office, ERP, or Adobe is a plus.
* Desire to progress in Quality and support internal quality queries.
* Experience with risk or impact assessments and prior Quality or Compliance exposure is beneficial.
