Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service.
Assisting with the overall development of the team Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering in line with budgetary targets.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to create seasonal menus and new dishes Requirements: 1+ years proven experience as a Chef De Partie and above Strong leadership and organizational skills Have a track record of training and developing individuals to achieve their best Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative dishes.
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including cost control and stock management.
Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
