Wicklow.
The team will provide consistent, person-centred, autism-specific support to a female service user, following her care plan, Positive Behaviour Support Plan, and stress management plan.Staff will work on a regular rolling roster and be part of a consistent team led by a HSE Social Care Leader and Social Care Manager.
Night shifts are based in a nearby office, with duties including periodic visual checks on the service user in her home.Requirements:
CORU Registered Social Care Worker
Experience supporting adults with autism
Training in positive behaviour support and safe medication management
Full driving license
Right to live and work in Ireland
