As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining client accounts in our core banking system, supporting process enhancements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
* Account setup and maintenance in our core banking system
* Process improvement and development of client management

* Ensuring timely updates on client status for stakeholders
* Progress tracking and regular input
* Providing a seamless client experience throughout the process
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in finance or economics (BAC + 3 or 5)
* Excellent customer focus and service skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* The capacity to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Familiarity with MS-Office applications
