We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Technical Support Analyst based in either Belfast or London.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support at customer sites in Dublin or London, as required.
* Deliver prompt and professional assistance to resolve IT-related challenges.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in resolving advanced technical issues within cloud environments.
This position requires knowledge of cloud technologies, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing unparalleled support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or chat.
* Manage incidents, service requests, and queries in service systems.
* Perform initial triage, diagnosis and troubleshooting for IT issues.
* Ensure timely resolution of incidents in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in deskside support.
* Excellent customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
