Job Title: Maintenance Technician
The purpose of this role is to work closely with production teams to ensure optimal line performance, focusing on problem solving and preventive maintenance. This is a Monday to Friday day role requiring strong technical skills.
Responsibilities include primary support for the production function, working alongside electrical technicians to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will also be involved in changeovers and start-ups on a daily basis and work as part of an integrated team.
A key aspect of this job is completing preventive maintenance tasks and checks daily. Preparation for weekly meetings related to plant maintenance downtime analysis root cause analysis reporting contributing ideas from various members who participated during meeting discussions including improving safety while implementing agreed standards controls are enforced by quality control manager staff discussing issues whenever necessary making sure all necessary information regarding previous actions taken throughout company would allow smooth process operations without much delay ensuring schedules stay consistent maintaining compliance regulatory requirements set forward internal guidelines made available management especially when there needs improvement.”,”]<,
