Operations Assistant
to support our accommodation operations in Limerick. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on property sourcing, room management, and daily operational support.
Key responsibilities
* Actively prospect new properties and accommodation opportunities
* Contact landlords and support basic negotiations
* Advertise and manage available rooms
* Allocate rooms and manage occupancy
* Handle resident check-ins and check-outs
* Provide general administrative and office support
* Support daily operational tasks
* Be available for on-call duties when required
Profile we are looking for
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* Interest in accommodation, real estate, or operational roles
* Functional English for daily communication
* Legal right to work in Ireland
Work model
* On-site role based in Limerick
* Monday to Friday
* On-call duties may include evenings or weekends
Compensation
* Salary to be negotiated, based on experience
