* Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in auditing standards, and regulatory developments, and apply this knowledge to enhance audit quality and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
* Extensive experience in external audit engagements within a reputable accounting firm.
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
* Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative approach.
