Senior Systems Analyst (HRIS)
Location: Kilkenny, Kildare, Carlow, Waterford
We are working with a leading multinational to hire an experienced Senior Systems Analyst (HRIS) for our Irish operational hub.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* System Implementation & Integration
o Lead the technical implementation and integration of the HRIS system.
o Act as the main liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
o Identify and address risks, issues, and requirements during project planning.
o Support project managers in documentation and testing processes.
o Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment, and end‑user training.
o Provide technical and application support for HRIS and integrated systems (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance).
* System Maintenance & Innovation
o Oversee daily HRIS operations, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
o Manage user access, permissions, and system settings.
o Maintain and document system changes, testing plans, and training materials.
o Prioritize and manage system enhancement requests.
o Develop and maintain upgrade, patching, and disaster recovery procedures.
o Oversee vendor performance and manage escalations.
o Design HR‑focused workflows to improve process efficiency.
* User Support & Training
o Provide troubleshooting, support, and guidance to HRIS users.
o Identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
o Deliver training, communications, and change management support.
o Collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
