Support Administrator
I am currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Administrator to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the Department Manager, including diary management, event coordination, logistics, marketing materials, and CRM system updates.
* Collaborate with Project Executives and Management to ensure seamless project execution.
* Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations and marketing collateral.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting across internal systems.
* Contribute to an inclusive and respectful workplace, promoting work-life balance and upholding the organization's values.
* Participate in ongoing learning and development, including performance reviews and internal training.
* Take on additional support tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and confident using CRM systems.
* A third-level qualification or progression towards one is desirable.
* Ability to travel and occasionally work outside standard office hours.
* Full driving license is desirable.
* Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
