HR GeneralistWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to work within our two Creches in Naas (Elsmore & Tender Years) one day each, per week and working one day, fortnightly at Kidspace, Rathcoole, Co Dublin.We are offering a 4 day working week (30 hours per week) Monday to Thursday with the working hours being 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious candidate.The successful candidate will be a self-starter and capable of working on their own initiative.Responsibilities:Recruitment & Selection - Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for all vacancies to include advertising vacancies, interviewing, reference checks etc.Responsible for drafting and issuing contracts of employment & all paperwork for employees.Updating company policies and procedures.Respond to employee' queries on HR related policies /procedures.Responsible for any grievance/disciplinary matters.Ensure HR files are well maintained and updated and compiling reports when required.Review and maintain Company handbook to ensure policies are in line with Employment Legislation.Responsible for organising any training and development activities for employees.Responsible for monthly timesheet coordination for 3 businesses.Complete any other general administration requirements within business.Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.Degree qualified in a HR or related discipline.An interest and understanding of HR practices and Irish employment law.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Pro-active, 'can do' attitude.Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Flexible to travel to other locations.Job Type: PermanentPay: €20.50 per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekBenefits:ChildcareEmployee discountOn-site parkingEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Experience:Human resources: 3 years (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Willingness to travel:25% (required)Work Location: In person
