Finance Manager – 1 day per week, Dublin – €90K plus benefits
Our client is a private‑equity backed company that is globally recognised as a leader in its sector. They are currently looking to add a Finance Manager to their finance function.

This is a unique role where the successful candidate will be involved in all commercial activities across the group. You will work closely with the Group CFO and contribute to a best‑in‑class finance function, gaining regular exposure to senior executives (both financial and non‑financial).
Who should apply?
* Senior Financial Accountant / Group Accountant or Finance Manager in a plc or large corporate.
* Candidates with 4+ years of post‑qualification experience.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to influence change.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging audiences at all levels of a multinational organisation.
Role and Reporting Lines
* Detailed preparation of the full cash flow for investments and transactions.
* Carrying out analysis and reporting on monthly Profit and Loss movements.
* Managing coordination and preparation of audit files and statutory financial statements.
* Managing treasury activities.
* Responsible for statutory filing of Accounts, VAT, Statutory returns, etc.
* Assisting in the group consolidation process.
* Responsible for internal valuation reporting.
* Liaising with internal and external auditors.
* Carrying out work on ad‑hoc projects with multiple teams.
* Working on finance aspects of mergers, liquidations, and dissolutions of entities.
* Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management.
