We have a reputation for authentic, strengths-based access initiatives, supporting participation, engagement, and progression for all students.The PATH 4 Inclusive Environment Fund has been introduced to support the implementation of inclusion measures aimed at fostering students’ sense of belonging within higher education environments. MILO (Maynooth Inclusive Learning Online) is Maynooth University’s self-directed digital learning and wellbeing support platform designed to help students build key academic and personal skills in a flexible, accessible way. The MILO Project Lead will lead the strategic review, enhancement, and future development of the MILO platform and its associated resources and eBooks. The postholder will assess the platform’s feasibility and long-term sustainability and will map existing learning, academic skills, and wellbeing supports across Maynooth University to identify gaps, duplication, and opportunities for greater coherence and integration. The role will also evaluate and advance digital functionality, usability across devices, and student awareness, engagement, and usage of the platform.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a cross-functional project that integrates digital learning, accessibility, and student support, ensuring all students can access high-quality learning and wellness resources.Reporting to the Director of Access within the Maynooth Access Programme (MAP), the Milo Project Lead will be based in the Maynooth Access Office as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes outreach and student support professionals, clinical and technical specialists, and administrative staff.ResponsibilitiesThe MILO Project Lead will lead the strategic review, enhancement, and future development of the MILO platform and its associated resources and eBooks. The role will also evaluate and advance digital functionality, usability across devices, and student awareness, engagement, and usage of the platform.Reporting and TeamReporting to the Director of Access within the Maynooth Access Programme (MAP), the Milo Project Lead will be based in the Maynooth Access Office as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes outreach and student support professionals, clinical and technical specialists, and administrative staff.Salary and AppointmentAdministrative Officer II (2025): €46,418 – €65,806 p.a. pro rata (9 points)Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.Closing DateClosing Date: 23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Sunday, 15th February 2026.
