All Weir & Sons employees are trained to the highest standard.The RoleAt Weir and Sons, we are currently looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join the team.E-commerce Assistants ensure accuracy in data entry, respond to incoming customer emails and manage until fully resolved, assist in handling customer returns.As E-Commerce Executive you will:Uploading products to the website, which includes writing a web descriptionMerchandising the siteOnline webchat and customer servicesOrder processing and fulfilmentLiaise with brands on their latest launches and campaignsOur customers are at the heart of what we do, so processing is our top priority.This role will see the candidate working with the Ecommerce, retail and packing teams to ensure that all online orders are processed in a timely manner.Online returns and stock controlThe candidate will be required to process online returns & refunds, check stock levels and conduct daily stock control reports.Customer SupportThe Ecommerce Order Processing Assistant will be confident and helpful. They join the Ecommerce team in answers Customer Support emails, calls and online Live Chat’s.Ad-hoc E-commerce tasksThese tasks will include, but are not limited to onsite testing, category crawls, email testing, back-end website admin tasks.About youExcellent use of Microsoft Office required.Excellent desktop/laptop computer (PC) skills.The candidate will have a genuine interest in Ecommerce, online shopping, online customer service and retail.Excellent customer service skills essential. 1- 2 years in a retail or customer facing role required.Excellent organisational skills, the ability to juggle several tasks at once across different platforms.The ability to work in an office as part of a team.Creative person with strong English language, email and copy writing skills are preferable.Team player, willing to contribute to a growing team.Ability to work under pressure during busy periodsThis is a Graduate/Junior Level role potential to upskill and progress within the team.Desirable skillsGoogle AnalyticsCoding experienceDesign and MerchandisingPrevious experience in product copywritingSEO experiencePrevious experience using any E-commerce or Blog platform would be a plus but not essential.
