Our client, a long established & market leader in their industry sector, have now engaged with us in Cpl to help them recruit for this newly vacant Management Accoutant role in their Limerick head office.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious & enthusiastic applicant to further develop their career in a dynamic & growing organisation & with a clear route to an FC position, so if you’re interested, please apply!The JobAs a key part of the accounting & finance team & reporting to the Limerick based CFO, you will cover a wide remit ranging across all aspects of accounting & finance within a group-wide function.More specifically you will lead the preparation & delivery of the group-wide financial statements, manage the monthly & annual accounts close processes, assist in forecasting & budget preparations, coordinate Vat/tax & compliance reporting, support internal & external audits procedures, analyse financial data to drive commercial planning at senior leadership level, lead project teams & support the CFO in their ongoing duties across the group.Your Skills/Experience that we need3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline ideally.Fully qualified accountant with at least 3-4+ years' corporate & commercially focused accounting experience.Experience gained in a fast paced commercial sector (eg multi-site retail, hospitality, shipping/logistics, auto, etc.) would be an advantage.Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications & accounting packages.Self-motivated & strong ability to build relationships across diverse functions & teams. .The OfferThis job is being offered on a permanent basis with salary ranging between 60-70k. depending on candidate skills, qualifications & experience.
