About Your New Job
* Team Leadership
: As the Associate Director, you will guide the Audit & Accounts team, ensuring high standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Client Management

: Supervise and review statutory audits and financial statements, ensuring adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

What Skills You Need
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
* Extensive post-qualification experience in audit, accounts, and client management
* Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex audits
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
* Commercially savvy with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient with cloud-based platforms and digital tools
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
* A natural leader passionate about developing others and driving business success
