Sales Executive Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely delivery of policies, and adhering to compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Activity Management:
* Seek out new Affinity clients and convert quotations into sales.
* Assist in achieving the overall objectives of the New Business Team.
* Manage customer interactions via email, ensuring efficient communication and high-quality standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolving queries between clients and insurers.
* Ensure policies are ordered, paid for, and issued in a timely manner.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
* Foster effective working relationships with both new and existing customers, establishing trust and meeting commitments.
* Resolve any issues customers may have with their policies.
* Collaborate with Compliance to address customer complaints.
3. Customer Service:
* Take personal responsibility for delivering exceptional accuracy and quality in work.
* Respond promptly to customer requests and enquiries, ensuring adherence to complaint management standards.
* Demonstrate dependability, commitment, and professionalism in dealing with customers.
4. Team Collaboration:
* Contribute to the team by sharing information, ideas, and opinions.
* BUILD good working relationships, collaborate with other teams, and treat others fairly and respectfully.
* Be proactive in taking on different roles according to team needs.
* Support other team members in completing their work when required.
5. Compliance:
* E nsure that all accounts are handled in line with compliance requirements.
* Administer accounts in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Hold an APA minimum acceptable qualification and aim for CIP certification.
* Show ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Develop strong communication skills.
* Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and develop.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload.
* Show good technical knowledge and product understanding.
