Document Controller / Site Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller / Site Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing, organising and maintaining all project documentation including drawings, contracts, permits and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in document control or site administration in construction, utilities or energy projects, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and have experience with document management systems.
In this role, you will ensure accurate version control and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, support the site team with daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing and reporting, assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, meeting minutes and site records, coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors and clients, maintain compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and statutory requirements, support site inductions, safety documentation and toolbox talk records as required, and assist with travel, accommodation and site logistics where necessary.
The successful candidate will have at least 35 years experience in document control or site administration, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management systems. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a busy project team, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have experience supporting health, safety, quality and environmental documentation.
