This position requires a blend of teamsmanship, passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and seat guests.Coordinate dining room operations, including guest reservations, seating arrangements, and service timing.Ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage inventory and supplies for the dining area, including menus, utensils, and tablelamps.Assist in the implementation of service protocols and standards.Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and promotions.Requirements:Proven experience in a similar position within a high-volume and respected environment.
