IrelandsEye Knitwear are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join the team. This position will be an integral part of the Marketing Department that consists of a Marketing Assistant, reporting into this role, and two external consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership
* Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
* Consistently manage the brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate from competitors.
Market & Consumer Insight
* Conduct and interpret market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Campaign & Marketing Planning and Execution
* Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels, - digital, social, email, PR, and launch events.
* Coordinate PR activities and Influencer activations with the PR Consultant
* Oversee and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximise ROI.
* Activate digital advertising campaigns with digital agencies.
* Manage the Email marketing strategy with the team
* Manage and coordinate B2B requirements including the development of sales support tools, POS, swing tickets, back neck labels and other branded supports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Design, manufacturing, logistics and sales teams to deliver on brand plans.
Performance Monitoring
* Set KPIs and measure brand performance, reporting monthly to management team and adjusting plans where needed.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities for Marketing Assistant and marketing team members.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Digital Marketing
· years' experience working in senior marketing roles to include working across a broad range of marketing tools, traditional and digital
· Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills
· Highly proficient with digital marketing strategy and tools
· Experience of ecommerce would be beneficial
· People management experience
· Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions
· Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
