Senior Technical Lead

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
* Lead a diverse team of technical experts, handling talent development, performance management, and training initiatives.
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
* Identify and address statutory compliance issues promptly.
Key skills required include experience in building services management, CAFM system proficiency, budgeting, contractor management, client liaison expertise, knowledge of CMS, relevant legislation, and safety standards, as well as portfolio management and project support experience.
