Overview
This is a permanent position, supporting the TD Securities Finance team in London and Dublin for regulatory reporting, with primary focus on TDGF Regulatory Reporting.
Location: Dublin/London; Hours: 35 per week; Business: Finance; Type: Regulated
Responsibilities
Regulatory reporting and preparation of prudential returns (including Capital, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance & Leverage Ratio reporting).
Prepare/Review daily management information (MI) reporting to senior management.
Review reporting procedures, identify issues, and liaise with relevant parties to resolve
•issues; maintain awareness of regulatory developments impacting reporting.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; communicate recommendations effectively.
Take ownership of tasks and contribute to process improvements where necessary.
Maintain strong internal controls to ensure deliverables are accurate and submitted on time.
Key Deliverables
Regulatory Reporting: prudential returns, daily MI, and related compliance deliverables.
Regulatory risk analysis and awareness of regulatory developments affecting reporting.
Collaboration with internal teams to support regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
3+ years regulatory reporting experience within financial services.
Strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of prioritizing competing demands.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to guide local and Head Office finance teams.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; able to communicate recommendations clearly.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support high-quality deliverables.
Fully qualified accountant or equivalent with strong technical and Excel skills and a willingness to develop within regulatory reporting.
Compliance and Conduct
Role requires compliance with Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity Standards; designated Controlled Function responsibilities as applicable.
Adherence to TD policies, Code of Conduct and Ethics, and regulatory requirements; reporting of violations or potential violations as needed.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (also London as per role scope).
Reports to: VP, Finance; Direct Reports: None.
