We are now seeking an International Recruitment Manager to play a pivotal role in building a world-class workforce to meet our growing service needs. Position Overview The International Recruitment Manager will lead Constellation Healthcares strategic approach to workforce planning, international talent attraction, and hiring. The successful candidate will design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to support organisational growth, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-calibre professionals dedicated to childrens neurodiversity services. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Workforce Planning Develop and deliver a comprehensive international talent acquisition strategy. Develop and manage international partner networks to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline. Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to align staffing plans with service demand. Provide workforce analytics, labour market insights, and best practice guidance. International Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Strengthen Constellation Healthcares employer brand internationally in collaboration with the Head of Brand. Build and maintain global partnerships with universities, networks, and professional bodies. Design and oversee recruitment marketing campaigns to attract international talent. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimisation Ensure a seamless recruitment process from role design to onboarding. Implement ATS and recruitment technologies for efficiency and data-driven hiring. Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to track recruitment effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team. Stakeholder & Compliance Management Partner with hiring managers to develop competency-based job descriptions. Ensure all recruitment complies with employment legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment initiatives. Retention & Talent Development Collaborate with HR on retention and career progression strategies. Use turnover and exit data to strengthen retention-focused recruitment. Support internal mobility programmes to enable employee growth. Person Specification Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, including at least 3 years in international recruitment. Proven success in a senior recruitment leadership role, ideally within healthcare, social care, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of workforce planning, employer branding, and international recruitment practices. Experience in managing high-volume recruitment within a fast-growing organisation. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, and data analytics.
