Job Description
We are currently looking for 2 spray painters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers.
Mix paints, coatings, and finishes according to manufacturer specifications.
Operate airless, conventional, and HVLP spray-painting equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply paint, protective coatings, and finishes to metal, machinery, vehicles, structural steel, and industrial components.
Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with company standards.
Carry out surface repairs and touch‑ups where required.
Maintain spray‑painting equipment and ensure proper cleaning after use.
Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and specifications.
Monitor paint thickness, coating quality, and drying times to meet project requirements.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within deadlines.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and industrial coating systems.
Experience using spray guns, compressors, and paint‑mixing equipment.
Ability to work with various paints, primers, epoxies, and protective coatings.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
Remuneration is €36,605.00 p/a based on 39 hours work per week.
