Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to spearhead the successful rollout of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) process across Ireland.
* The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation project, ensuring timely delivery and seamless compliance with IFRS requirements.
* This pivotal role demands expertise in developing and executing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing dependencies.
* The individual will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication, risk management, audit processes, and integration of IFRS into existing IT systems.

h3Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum 7 years' experience within financial services preferably within finance function.
* At least 5 years' experience as manager including coaching mentoring developing diverse operational finance teams.
Li>Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field plus preferred Professional qualifications such as CPA ACCA ACA CFA.
