They should be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with all levels and a drive to exceed expectation.Key ResponsibilitiesKey client managementDealing with day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of predominantly retail commercial assetsOversight and management of critical lease dates and providing recommendations to clients in relation to lease eventsResponsibility for property inspections, arrears collection, turnover rent management (where applicable) and cashflow managementResponsibility for the management of service charge budgets in line with the SCSI Code of PracticeDeveloping and maintaining good working relationships with retailers and occupiers, including leading discussions on debt management, trading performance, footfall etcSupport the senior management team on larger client projects and accountsSupport senior management in creating presentations for business development and pitching purposesDeliver written output ensuring excellent quality and attention to detail, producing bespoke client reports monthly/quarterly in line with client requirementsMaintain regular contact with key stakeholders such as banks, receivers, financial institutions, state bodies, owners, tenants as well as other stakeholders, lawyers etcWriting reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completenessMaintain a fee-system analysis, client acceptance testing and money laundering checksThe line management of both site and junior staff members, if requiredOngoing liaison with other Savills teams to support the delivery of client services.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceTechnically competent in their discipline with the ability to earn client trust3 years' experience in commercial property management is essential, with proven experience of managing retail parks or shopping centre assetsA practical, proactive approach to property management is required, along with excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to use personal initiativeHave started, or be intending to start, the route to becoming a chartered member of the SCSI.Be able to identify opportunities and show signs of introducing business to areas within their sphere of influenceBe IT competent and ideally have experience with the property management software system YardiAble to demonstrate a basic understanding of ESG in the sphere of property managementBe articulate, professional and persuasive with strong verbal, numerical and report writing skillsTakes pride in all output with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detailGood communication and negotiation skillsA team playerGood interpersonal and influencing skillsHonesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standardsFluent in spoken and written English.Have a full valid driving licence, use of own car is desirable but not essential
