We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Technical Analyst to join our team and drive innovative solutions in Model Risk Management Compliance Tech.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
* Work closely with development teams to deliver effective service-oriented solutions that meet business needs.
* Analyse complex data structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategy.
* Create user stories, feature maps, and support UX workflow/mocks when needed to drive project success.
* Drive Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Solid SQL and relational database knowledge, with experience working with APIs and service-oriented architecture.
* Previous experience working closely with developers, with the ability to navigate technical concepts and collaborate on solutions.
* Ability to create UX workflow diagrams/mockups, with experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
* Ideal for someone who has transitioned from a development background to analytics and can independently navigate data and tech concepts.
